2013 will be my year of gainz; from a new job to gainz in physique, I plan to make this year my bitch.

Today's diet:
Breakfast protein shake 30g protein
Turkey sub on wheat bread w/baked chips
3 egg multigrain tortilla wrap for dinner
Post workout shake 30g hydrowhey
Pre-sleep casein shake 30g protein
2 glasses water
Tomorrow I plan on starting my creatine mono-hydrate loading phase. 130 fl oz. water intake needed daily. someone convert that to gallons for me.
