Day 8/365

Another successful night in the gym.  Started my creatine loading phase tonight.  Much to my chagrin I dug through my supplement bottle twice today looking for the "to be included" measure scoop.  No joy; that thing definitely wasn't included.

20 grams completed; the 132 fl. oz are still to be desired.  I did my best throughout work to stay hydrated.

Bicep, shoulder & back workout at the gym tonight.  Starting to see some significant gainz when it comes to free-weights which is nice.

Today's diet:
Deli chicken breast sandwich w/baked chips
Turkey sub on wheat bread with tomato/lettuce
Baked chicken breast with side spinach salad
64+ fl oz. water throughout the day
30g protein shake mid day
30g post workout protein shake
30g casein shake before bed
